Step 1: Contact us (call/SMS: 9730 1803, e-mail: email@example.com) to make a reservation for the equipment you wish to rent.
Step 2: Send us our requested information and an image of your billing proof to confirm the reservation.
Step 3: Collect the equipment with your identification document.
Step 4: Go out and enjoy your shoot!!
Step 5: Return the equipment a day after your shoot.
a) You need to be of minimum 15 years old and possess a valid NRIC.
b) Minimum of 6 months validity is required for Employment Pass, Work Permit, S Pass holders and Student Pass holders.

We accept both cash payment and bank transfers. For cash payment, we require the cash to be paid in full when you collect the equipment. For bank transfers, kindly check with us the account number to transfer the payment to, and make the transfer before collection of the equipment. Simply send us a snapshot of the approved transfer for us to confirm.
We allow collection of equipment one day before your shoot, and return of equipment one day after your shoot. For example, if you have a shoot on Saturday and Sunday, you can collect on Friday between 12pm to 9pm, and return to us on Monday between 10am to 9pm. If you will like to return your equipment earlier, do inform us to make arrangement to collect the equipment. There will be no refund on the rental fees for early return of equipment.
Yes, simply follow the rental process stated above. Make your reservation at least one day in advance of your collection date. Once you have confirmed your reservation, we will block the equipment for you and arrange for collection.
Our team will contact you one day before collection to confirm your collection timing and location. However, if we are unable to confirm the collection arrangement with you by 9pm before the collection day, we will release the equipment for other customers.
We do not have a physical shop. You can arrange to collect the equipment from us at any MRT stations before 9pm.
If you would like to opt for home/office delivery, we can send it right to your doorstep. Delivery charges of $10 per trip applies.

Only in rare cases will we require a deposit. We will inform you beforehand should there be a deposit required. Deposit is required if you are a first-time customer renting equipment in excess of the below mentioned retail value.

If the equipment you are holding is still available for rent, you are welcome to extend your rental. Do let us know at least one day in advance (latest 9pm on weekdays, 2pm on weekends) of your return date if you like to extend, so we can make necessary arrangements. The earlier you inform us, the better we can find alternatives for the next client and the more likely your equipment can be extended.
Unfortunately, yes. The extension charge is payable when you return the equipment. The extension is charged on a separate transaction basis, and will not be bundled on with the previous transaction to enjoy long rental period discount.
If at any time an extension is turned down and you do not contact us or return your equipment to us before the due date, we reserve the right to turn your account over to debt collectors. Collection fee will be imposed which comprise the retail cost of the equipment plus collection and attorney's fees and opportunity cost at non-discounted rates. All fees are chargeable even if you return the equipment to us at a later date, as we are unable to reverse the process.
We will confirm the timing and location for the return when you collect the equipment from us. This is so that you will be assured of your preferred timing and location. We will also send a SMS reminder for the return appointment the evening before the return date. Changes to return timing must be made at least 3 hours beforehand, otherwise an additional charge of $10 applies.
If you would like to opt for door to door collection of the equipment, we can collect it right to your doorstep. Collection charges of $10 per trip applies.
Our staff will inspect the equipment on the spot to verify if everything is in order.
Before and after each rental we check and test our equipment for focus, sharpness, and functionality. We guarantee the glass is clear and the lens works normally. We also check each camera body to ensure that the sensor is clean and the buttons are fully functional. Our equipment are used regularly so there will be some scuff marks on the surface of the equipment, etc. There may be some internal dust in the lenses and in viewfinders of the cameras. This is common and will not affect the image quality of your shoot. If there is any effect on image quality, the equipment goes off for servicing, otherwise it remains in service.
Do inform us immediately and return the equipment to us so we can assess the damage. DO NOT attempt to repair the item yourself or send in for repair. If repair is required, we will collect a $300 deposit immediately upon returning of equipment. The final repair cost is based on the receipt provided by the authorised service centre. We will provide the receipt from the service centre without demand. If item is beyond economic repair, we'll charge you the cost of a used equipment of equivalent specifications. Rental costs will not be charged while the equipment under inspection and servicing.
A damage is:
- Scratches or scuff marks on the glass of a lens
- Impact damage (dents) to the body
- Mechanical failure
- Water seepage
- Any other damage that causes a malfunction to the equipment
As not all equipment are made to be weather resistance, we urge you to protect the equipment from the elements as much as possible. Wherever possible, we have included a UV filter and a lens hood to all our lenses as they serve important protective functions. We recommend you to utilise the lens hood when you shoot as it also blocks stray light that may affect your image.
Minor scuff marks to the barrel, hood of lenses, camera bodies and other equipment are considered as normal usage wears which are not considered as damage.
Upon collection, please check that the equipment is in working condition. You may test the equipment if necessary. We are dedicated to rent you equipment that are in the best working condition for your shoot.
During the rental period
Contact us by all means possible. Email, call, SMS, etc. Let us help you troubleshoot the item. Typically, it is a case of wrong equipment settings, weak battery, or user error.
However, there are occasions when an equipment genuinely fails. If this happens we will replace it immediately within the limitations of our stock. By renting, you agree that if you don't notify us of a problem during the rental period and receive a SMS or email acknowledgment from us, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the equipment.
If you have rented the wrong item, we will work with you to get you something more suitable. Regretfully, we are unable to give you a refund.
Prior to renting the equipment, you can always check with our friendly staff to on the compatibility of the equipment your gear. This will prevent a case of renting a wrong equipment and going through the hassle of exchanging for the right one.
We encourage you to bring along your camera body during the collection of lens, so that you are able to check the lens and do a quick test. For some of you, you might have some questions on how to best optimize the lens - with your camera body, our rental specialists will be able to advice you better!
